How to Add a Nike Watch Face to Any Apple Watch. After years of exclusivity, Apple will now make Nike watch faces available to everyone. Previously, these watch faces were only available on the Apple Watch Nike Edition. And since Apple doesn’t support third-party watch faces, there’s no way for users of other Apple Watches to get this Nike watch face.

In a surprise move, Apple has brought Nike watch faces to watchOS 9, anyone with an Apple Watch running watchOS 9 can add these watch faces.
Compatible devices
Because these Nike watch faces are built into watchOS 9, your device must be updated to this version. Here is the list of Apple Watch that can update watchOS 9:
- Apple Watch Series 4
- Apple Watch Series 5
- Apple Watch Series 6
- Apple Watch Series 7
- Apple Watch Series 8
- Apple Watch SE (1st and 2nd generation)
- Apple Watch Ultra
How to add a Nike watch face
- Long press on your current watch face until you see the watch face editing interface appear.
- Swipe right until you see the + button and the word “New”, tap it.
- Then scroll down until you see the “Nike” option. Click it to see all Nike watch faces.
- Available Nike watch faces include Mixed, Needle, Numeric, Bounce, and Collapsed. Choose a watch face style you like and tap the “Add” button.
- Options to customize the watch face will appear. Here you can change the color, change the style, add shortcuts like other watch faces on Apple Watch.
- When customization is done, press the Digital Crown button twice to return to your new Nike watch face.
And Voila! Your Apple Watch now has a Nike watch face, even if the version you purchased wasn’t a Nike Edition.
In addition to adding a watch face directly from your Apple Watch, you can also add a Nike watch face from the Watch app (select the Watch Faces BST tab) on your paired iPhone.
