iPhone 14 Pro, Apple is working to solve the problem of colored lines

iPhone 14 Pro, Apple is working to solve the problem of colored lines. Since mid-December, some iPhone 14 Pro users have been complaining about the appearance of flashing colored lines on the screen when turning on: now Apple recognizes the problem and announces that it is working on a solution that will soon be distributed via a software update.

The development comes through a note from the Cupertino multinational reported by MacRumors. We recall that reports of the problem began to appear after the release of iOS 16.2 on December 13, although some users have complained of the same behavior previously. This is a rapid phenomenon: the lines disappear a few moments later or when the terminal completes start-up.

In the last days of 2022, it was assumed that it was a software and not a hardware problem, while indications from Apple were already circulating at work to solve it. Now comes the confirmation from the manufacturer that it is a software problem and that it will be solved by updating. In the leaked document Apple declares that on the screen of iPhone 14 Pro and specifically iPhone 14 Pro Max users can see horizontal lines appear that flash, this when the terminal is turned on or unlocked.

While Apple is working on iOS 16.3 now in developer testing and public beta, this version is only expected to be released in several weeks. For this reason it is probable that the resolution to the problem of the colored lines in the startup of the iPhone 14 Pro could be distributed with iOS 16.2.2 expected sooner.

In this article we report two photos of the iPhone 14 Pro with colored lines on startup published by users on MacRumors and Reddit.
