LG OLED EVO Galley Edition G2 is the largest OLED TV in the world. LG announces the imminent arrival on global markets of the world’s largest OLED TV. This is the LG OLED evo Gallery Edition, model 97G2, arriving in the coming weeks.

The 97G2 model sports a 97-inch OLED screen that offers an immersive viewing experience. The model will complete the 2022 LG OLED TV range, which already includes the 42 “, 48”, 55 “, 65”, 77 “, 83” and 88 “sizes.

As with the others in the series, this one also features self-illuminating pixels that turn on and off individually for better black reproduction, natural color rendition and deep contrast.

The LG OLED evo 97G2 TV will be presented at IFA 2022 and uses LG OLED evo technology, of which the α9 Gen5 intelligent processor is a crucial part. Furthermore, its design, called “Gallery Design”, is specially designed to be hung flush with the wall thanks to the included bracket.

According to the results of a recent market research, in Europe OLED TVs will represent 55% of premium TVs in 2022, growing up to 66% in 2023. The same report estimates that, in 2022, global TV sales above 70 “Will reach around 14.9 million units and then reach 17.1 million units next year.

On the occasion of IFA 2022, LG will also present its 8K TV proposal: in fact, among the protagonists of the fair there will be the 88 “LG SIGNATURE OLED 8K TV (model 88Z2) and the 86” QNED TV (model 86QNED99). Both with 8K resolution (7680 x 4320 pixels).

Featuring over 33 million self-illuminating OLED pixels, the 88Z2 delivers detailed images, deep blacks, rich contrast, and true colors over a wide viewing angle. Meanwhile, the 86QNED99 8K TV leverages LG’s Quantum Dot NanoCell and Precision Dimming technologies to deliver brilliant, crisp images on the majestic 86 ”screen.

Also on show in Berlin will be LG Micro LED 136 ” (3840 x 2160 pixels) which combines micrometric self-illuminating pixels and a modular structure.
