List of apps that support Live Activities and Dynamic Island for iOS 16.1. Yesterday, Apple released the iOS 16.1 update to support Live Activities. Slopes
The Slopes app for skiers and snowboarders uses the Live Activities feature to allow users to track two metrics of their choice. You can also keep track of who else is riding nearby. The app also displays daily statistics. Users can track vertical distance, speed, number of runs, duration, and more.
There is also Dynamic Island support for iPhone 14 Pro users. Users can quickly and conveniently stop and resume metrics tracking when they decide to take a break.

The Flighty flight tracking app has Live Activities with upcoming and current flights. The application displays on the lock screen the time before the flight, the time before boarding, the terminal number, flight status, booking code, seat number, etc.
After takeoff, the app displays a progress bar so you can see how much more to fly at any time. On the iPhone 14 Pro, flight information is displayed at the top of the screen in the Dynamic Island if there is any important information, such as a delay. The island also displays the time until the flight and the terminal number, even when you are using other applications.
Live Activities can be used for free on your first flight, but after that you will need to purchase a paid subscription.
Landscape
The Landscape app displays real-time statistics with a sliding height graph so you can keep track of your climbing sessions. You can also display height, total distance, etc.
Forest
The task-focused Forest app displays timers on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island so you can keep track of your work on projects. Forest is an application in which you grow a tree, focusing on one task and not being distracted by anything else.
To use the Live Activities feature but turn off Deep Focus Mode. This mode requires the application to be open on the screen.
CARROT Weather
The CARROT Weather app displays upcoming showers if rain is expected within the next hour. The progress of showers can be tracked on the lock screen or on the Dynamic Island. Precipitation levels can be tracked for the next 60 minutes.
Lumy
This application is made for photographers and those who just love to follow the sun. Lumy is an application that allows you to find out the position of the sun anywhere in the world. It also contains information about sunrise, sunset, first light, last light, golden hour, last hour, moonrise and moonset.
With Live Activities and Dynamic Island integration, users can track any solar activity.
Crouton
The Crouton Meal Planning and Recipes app uses the Live Activities feature to display timers as well as steps for selected recipes.
