Satechi launches two new accessories for Apple devices. Satechi has announced the launch of new accessories designed for Apple devices, including a 6-port 200W GaN PD charger and Thunderbolt 4 hub.

Lenovo ThinkPhone, the flagship smartphone for productivity

The 200W 6-Port GaN PD Charger is Satechi’s most powerful charger to date, featuring two USB-C PD 3.1 ports and four USB-C PD 3.0 ports, capable of charging up to six devices simultaneously. With power distribution management, the charge delivered to each port changes depending on the number of connected devices.

The PD 3.1 ports can deliver up to 140W of power, suitable for the 16-inch MacBook Pro model, but the wattage will vary based on what is being loaded.

The Satechi Thunderbolt 4 Slim Hub offers three downstream Thunderbolt 4 ports for daisy-chaining up to six Thunderbolt devices, plus one USB-A port and one upstream Thunderbolt 4 port that supports up to 60W charging for connected devices.

With Thunderbolt 4 support, the hub offers transfer speeds of up to 40Gb/s. The three Thunderbolt 4 ports also offer 15W charging for smartphones and tablets, while the USB-A port supports transfer speeds up to 10Gb/s.

The hub is designed for Thunderbolt 3 and Thunderbolt 4 Macs running macOS 11 and later and is capable of supporting two 4K displays at 60Hz, one 8K display at 30Hz, or one 6K display on M1 and M2 Macs. It comes with a 100W power supply, which Satechi says will provide optimal power efficiency and distribution.

The 200W 6-port GaN PD charger will cost $150, while the Thunderbolt 4 Slim hub costs $200.
