The South Korean company reports that the Samsung Galaxy camera allows you to make “cinematic-level videos”, thanks to the improved Nightography function.

Galaxy S23 Ultra boasts a more advanced camera system, according to the manufacturer designed “for any lighting conditions” and designed “to return an incredible level of detail”.

Improved Nightography capabilities transform how the Galaxy S series optimizes photos and videos across a wide range of environmental conditions.

Visual noise, which typically spoils images in low light, is corrected thanks to a new AI-based image signal processing (ISP) algorithm capable of enhancing object details and color tones.

The manufacturer highlights a new “200MP Adaptive Pixel” sensor for the Galaxy S23 Ultra, capable of exploiting pixel binning to simultaneously support different levels of high-resolution processing (with 200MP, 50MP and 12MP output options).

The Galaxy S23 series introduces fast autofocus and the first Galaxy Super HDR camera for selfies, marking a leap from 30fps to 60fps for “sharper” front-facing images and videos.

An app called Expert RAW (Samsung Galaxy available) allows you to take “SLR-style” images and edit them in RAW and JPEG.

Users can experience photographic art with multiple exposures with the Astrophoto settings within the Samsung Camera app or with the Expert RAW app. The Galaxy Watch5 series Camera Controller app is useful, with new zoom features with which users can take framed shots directly from the wrist.

On the CPU side, the manufacturer is reporting a newly developed CPU micro architecture that promises to increase the processing capabilities of the Galaxy S23 series by around 30% compared to the Galaxy S22 series.

The NPU architecture has been optimized by 49% to balance performance and power, and uses an AI algorithm to help users take photos and videos.

One of the most significant improvements of the Galaxy S23 series is the optimized GPU, which – according to the manufacturer – is about 41% faster than the Galaxy 22 series.

Samsung reports that the Galaxy S23 Ultra is ready to support real-time ray tracing and that Galaxy’s larger vapor chamber cooling system, which comes with every model of the Galaxy S23 series, allows you to immerse yourself in a marathon of lag-free gaming.

The new series was built using even more recycled materials than the Galaxy S22 series, specifically pre-consumer recycled aluminum and glass, post-consumer recycled plastic made from discarded fishing nets, water tanks and plastic bottles. polyethylene terephthalate (PET).

The new S Series is the first to ship with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 which promises increased durability, and is designed to contain an average of 22% more pre-consumer recycled materials. Furthermore, each Galaxy S23 smartphone is available with a redesigned packaging, made with 100% recycled paper.
