Among the most important innovations of the new series is the photographic sector made up of three Summicron lenses co-engineered with Leica: a 24 mm wide-angle lens and a 50 mm telephoto lens, both on a 50 MP sensor, and a third which is instead 15 mm ultra-wide angle on 12 MP sensor. To all this the Pro version adds LOG 4:2:0 H.265 recording in 8K 10 bit, and OIS and EIS stabilization on the 24 mm wide angle.

As for the screen, both have a 6.67″ CrystalRes screen at 144 Hz with 1.5K resolution at 2,712 x 1,220 pixels, 1,200 nits of brightness (and 2,600 peak) and HDR 10+.

On the performance side, the Xiaomi 13T is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8200-Ultra processor, while the Pro uses an eight-core MediTek Dimensity 9200+ processor, up to 3.35 GHz, Arm Immortalis-G715 GPU.

The latter also supports 120 Watt HyperCharge charging, which promises full charging in less than 20 minutes and 36% within the first 5 minutes.
