New M3 MacBook Pro Touts Remarkable Battery Longevity. At the recent “Scary Fast” event, Apple unveiled its latest MacBook Pros powered by the M3 series, which includes the M3, M3 Pro, and M3 Max chips, all built with cutting-edge 3-nanometer technology. A notable highlight is the significantly enhanced battery performance.

According to Apple, these new models offer up to 11 hours more battery life compared to their Intel counterparts. Plus, the performance remains consistent regardless of whether they are plugged in.

The 14-inch variant with the standard M3 chip promises up to 22 hours of movie enjoyment using the Apple TV app and as much as 15 hours for wireless internet activities, backed by a 70-watt-hour battery.

The 14-inch versions with the more powerful M3 Pro and M3 Max chips offer up to 18 hours of video playback on the Apple TV app and around 12 hours of online browsing. Notably, their Liquid Retina display is now 20% brighter.

Meanwhile, the 16-inch MacBook Pro, equipped with a robust 100 watt-hour lithium-polymer battery, provides the same 22 hours of movie time on the Apple TV app and 15 hours of wireless browsing.

Apple provides a 70W USB-C charger for the 14-inch models and a beefier 140W USB-C charger for the 16-inch version.

Interested customers can place orders for the new MacBook Pros now, with shipping slated to begin on November 7th. They’ll also hit the shelves of Apple Stores and authorized dealers on the same day.

The starting prices are set at €2,049 for the 14-inch MacBook Pro and €3,099 for its 16-inch sibling.
