At Gamescom, Sony announced the Pro version of the PlayStation 5 game controller, the DualSense Edge.

The controller comes with three types of joystick caps (standard, high and low dome), two interchangeable sets of rear buttons, a USB-C cable with a fabric braid and fixation on the controller, and a special case for storage and charging.

On the controller, in addition to the rear buttons, the Fn key appeared to launch the menu for setting profiles, chat volume, and other parameters.

In a special menu, you can reassign or disable some buttons, as well as adjust their sensitivity and “dead zones”. All this is saved in the profile. Trigger sensitivity is manually adjusted.

Stick modules are interchangeable. How much they will cost is unknown.

When the controller goes on sale and at what price is not reported. Sony said it would share more information in the “coming months”.
