iPhone 15 Pro, new information on RAM improvements

iPhone 15 Pro, new information on RAM improvements. Is the first iPhone with 8 GB of RAM approaching? The iPhone 15 series will feature RAM improvements, according to a new report from Taiwanese research firm TrendForce.

Apple unveils new security exploits fixed with iOS 16.3.1

Apple will increase RAM capacity and specifications for iPhone 15 models, at least according to this rumor. Based on this rumor, there may be improvements to both the amount and speed of RAM in the iPhone 15 series, but no specific details have been provided.

TrendForce previously said that iPhone 15 Pro models would likely come with 8GB of RAM, up from 6GB in the iPhone 14 Pro. The standard iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus will likely stick to 6GB of RAM, but it’s possible these models could be upgraded to faster LPDDR5 RAM, like the iPhone 14 Pro models.

Increasing RAM can aid multitasking on the iPhone by allowing multiple apps to open simultaneously in the background. Along with the alleged A17 Bionic chip for the iPhone 15 Pro models, the RAM improvements would boost overall performance.

If the iPhone 15 Pro is upgraded to 8GB of RAM, it would be the first increase since the iPhone 12 Pro was released with 6GB of RAM.
