Samsung will showcase the new Galaxy Z at the Unpacked event on July 26. Samsung has already brought forward the date of the Unpacked event which will take place in July in Seoul (South Korea), confirming the date and place of the event during which the new Galaxy Z foldables and other products will be unveiled.

The event will take place on July 26 at Coex, one of the largest convention centers and exhibition centers in the Gangnam district in the city of Seoul, and will be broadcast live on the Samsung website and on the South Korean company’s YouTube channel.

“A new cultural push is on the way,” Samsung said in a pompous statement. “Follow us on our journey to discover the new Galaxy, admiring our latest technologies that open up new possibilities and change lives”. The invitation ends with an invitation to switch to the “flip side”, a play on words to remember the folding device and which also means “on the other side”.

Samsung has planned a live event to offer the chance to try the devices to those who will be in the Seoul Plaza, in front of the Seoul City Hall, with live performances before and after the event.

According to rumors, the new Galaxy Z Flip should boast a larger display than previous models (3.6 ″ external display which should occupy most of the upper body), and the new Galaxy Z Fold boast a “drop” hinge which should allow a perfect closure between the two parts, in addition to Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.

In addition to the new leaflets, the new tablets from the Galaxy Tab S9 range (basic, plus and ultra), the new smartwatch Galaxy Watch 6 (in two variants) and the new generation of Galaxy Buds earphones are also planned.
